KiZa Associates is a Marketing and Sales company in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Our group of companies, KiZa Associates, Newtek Construction Solutions, and Baja-Quest Developments are dedicated to building and selling what we feel is the best inventory in Baja Sur, from beachfront Luxury Condos to secluded estates.

Our focus in Baja is on the lifestyle, and our focus on real estate is Green.  We represent the only multi residential project in Baja that is registered for LEED certifcation by the U.S. Green Buiding Council, and all of our projects have a green features in buiding, finishings, or mechanical.   From Quad-Lock ICF building system to grid tie in Solar Systems, we only work with developers that are building with Green features.

In many cases, we serve as the construction management company, and the Marketing and sales company, so we are in on the ground floor of many devleopments.    This is our goal.  To get to the developers before they have gone to far into the planning of a project.
